Cancellation Policy
In order for appointments to run smoothly and allow clients the best experience at The Fix, you will be charged 100% of your service total in the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice (72 hours notice during the months of November and December). However, that charge may be applied to your rescheduled appointment if within 1 week of the late cancel (will not apply during Nov or Dec). Because, sh*t happens.
Any "no-show" will be charged 100% of your service total, no exceptions. This includes having to reschedule due to tardiness.
