Cancellation Policy
In order for appointments to run smoothly and allow clients the best experience at The Fix, you will be charged 100% of your service total in the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice.
Any "no-show" will also be charged 100% of your service total, no exceptions. This includes having to reschedule due to tardiness. Please refer to website for more information.
If you make a habit of booking 5-6 weeks in advance and then canceling 48 hours prior, a down payment may be required for future appointments or you may simply only be allowed to book on a standby basis.
